Finer Property Services ("we", "us", "our") operates the website finerproperty.com.au. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, building address, and responses to our Building Health Check questionnaire. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, referring site).

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the services you've requested (health check reports, maintenance quotes, ongoing care), respond to enquiries, and improve our website. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates about strata building maintenance.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely in Airtable (our CRM) and is accessible only to authorised Finer Property staff. Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Workers. Emails are sent via Resend.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (Airtable, Resend, Cloudflare) solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing james@finerproperty.com.au.
